The ATLANT 3200 model is highly reliable. It was developed to ensure maximum crop fertilization efficiency in large agricultural enterprises, effectively protecting plants from pests.

The main hopper has a large capacity. The volumetric design of the hydraulic boom can range from 18 to 28 metres in length. Special alloy steel was used in its manufacture. Powder coating prolonged the sprayer's service life, giving the structure high corrosion resistance even under conditions of constant use with liquid fertilizers.

A hydromechanical system that dampens vertical vibrations, installed in the pendulum mechanism that stabilises the boom, prevents it from deviating from its horizontal position when the sprayer gets into bumps. The angle of inclination of both the right and left wings and the entire boom can be adjusted.

The following functions can be conveniently controlled from the comfortable panel at the front of the machine: filling the main tank, feeding the fertiliser solution, mixing it in the induction bowl, cleaning the tank and the entire spraying system. As a result, the operator's work becomes much easier and the probability of errors is reduced.

Collision of the boom with obstacles is not a problem either, thanks to a mechanism that protects its extreme sections. The mechanism works so that the sections are able to fold safely both horizontally and vertically and then return to their working position when the obstacle is behind.

To facilitate the rinsing of the spray system pump, fertilizer solution mixer and main tank, engineers developed a rinsing system with its own 320 liter tank into which clean water is poured. The inner walls of the main tank are effectively washed with a powerful rotating nozzle.

Full protection against damage to the fertilizer spray nozzles on the stainless steel manifolds is provided. To protect the pressure hoses, a plastic spiral is installed on the hoses where they can bend and thus block the channel.

The design of the machine uses components of the following foreign companies, which are among the leaders in this field: the pump - Annovi Reverberi (Italy), communication components - Arag (Italy), nozzles - Lechler (Germany). In this way the reliability of the device is increased and the application of pesticides with its help has become more effective.

The parallelogram beam suspension, which includes the nitrogen energy accumulators, as well as the chassis suspension, have been designed to effectively absorb any dynamic loads on the unit's frame and beam. These ensure that the plants are processed, even at high speed.

Thanks to the pneumatic braking system and hydro-pneumatic suspension, a high level of safety is achieved, as well as smooth movement of the agricultural machine across the field and on access roads.

Additionally, the sprayer can be equipped with the TWIN precipitation system. Its use helps to avoid drifting droplets of working solution, even in strong winds. In addition, the air flow helps small droplets to penetrate the soil as quickly as possible and cover stems and leaves without dragging or evaporation. As a result, processing times are shorter and fertiliser savings are achieved by almost a third (30%).
