Manufacturer of Biomasser briquetting and Tomasser shredding machines for processing agro biomass (straw, hay, reed). Asket’s premisses are powered photovoltaic panels, heated by electric boilers and straw briquettes. This makes Asket’s products even more environmentally friendly. On the farm, located in the vicinity of the Natura 2000 area, research and development of Biomasser and Tomasser technologies are carried out, new raw materials tested and crops grown. Biomasser® stationary and mobile straw briquetting lines
Biomasser® are stationary and mobile electrically driven lines for briquetting non-woody, agro biomass like straw, hay, reed, Micanthus and others. The briquetting process is of 2-steps only: chopping into pieces 1cm-5cm using Tomasser® shredders and briquetting. The important feature is the processing of the raw material of moisture content 10%-30%, without drying - a unique feature by world standards.
In result we get 100% natural briquettes, produced without any additives, that replace successfully coal or wood used for heating, can be used for meal preparation, kindling, fibrous food and anti-stress toy for animals (e.g. pigs following AWA), for hygienic livestock bedding, as well as biofuels and biogas production.
Biomasser® is available either for single users (to cover the needs of the local community) and for professionals for large-scale production.
Biomasser® is the first machine in Europe that received the EU Statement ETV (Environmental Technology Verification) confirming its eco-innovation and supporting climate protection.
Tomasser® straw shredder
Tomasser is a high-class, reliable and electrically driven shredder designed for chopping non-woody, agro biomass like straw, hay, reed, Micanthus and others. It’s appreciated by producers of the briquettes, pellets, biofuels, animal breeders, herbs farmers (incl. organic farming), construction companies (green building), furniture industry, power plants, combined heat and power plants or biogas plants.
