CRV launches its own organization in Denmark

As of today, CRV will independently begin operations in Denmark, providing Danish farmers direct access to innovative genetic solutions.
After years of successful collaboration with a distributor, CRV is taking the next step in the Danish market by establishing its own organization: CRV Danmark. With this move, CRV aims to better support Danish farmers by offering direct access to premium genetics, smart management solutions, and personalized advice.
Comprehensive range of genetic solutions
CRV Danmark offers Danish dairy farmers a complete package of genetics, including bulls from both the Dutch and US Holstein breeding programs, as well as bulls from other breeds such as Jersey and Fleckvieh. In addition, there is a specific range available for beef on dairy, including Belgian Blue and US Angus bulls. With the SireMatch bull advisory program, farmers can work on improving their herd, and with the HerdOptimizer tool, the genetic level of the herd can be accurately determined. This allows farmers to make strategic breeding decisions that contribute to more efficient and sustainable farm management.
Focus on feed efficiency and sustainability
The unique breeding value for feed efficiency, a key component of CRV’s FeedExcel breeding strategy, perfectly aligns with the growing need for cost control in Danish farming, where rising feed costs causing an increasing challenge. Moreover, CRV's genetic solutions address the newly introduced CO2 tax in Denmark, enabling farmers to work towards reducing their environmental impact and achieving more sustainable production.
