Building Resilient Animals Through Precision Eubiotic Nutrition.

Future livestock production requires animals that can better cope with health, environmental, and production-related challenges. Eubiotics, including organic acids, probiotics, plant extracts, and other natural compounds, offer new opportunities to enhance resilience through targeted modulation of the microbiome and its bioactive metabolites.

This presentation highlights a research-driven platform that combines mechanistic screening, microbiome functionality, biomarker assessment, ex vivo gut models, and field validation to develop species-specific physiological condition stabilizers. By linking mode of action with practical on-farm outcomes, this approach enables the creation of evidence-based nutritional solutions that support health, welfare, robustness, and performance under commercial conditions.
