Advances and Innovations in Agricultural Engineering. The 3rd NJF - Agromek- EurAgEng joint seminar.
På Agromek 2018 blev der i samarbejde med NJF - Nordic Association of Agricultural Scientists og EurAgEng afholdt en international agroingeniør-konference, der stillede skarpt på at finde løsninger på fremtidens krav til landbrugssektoren verden over.
Konferencen havde et særligt fokus på at styrke samarbejdet mellem researchers, uddannelser, virksomheder og rådgivere - såvel som lande imellem.
Gijs Scholman, VP Sales Lely Holding, NL
Gijs studied Animal Science at the Agricultural University Wageningen. He started his career in innovation at animal nutrition company Provimi, where he later on served in different sales and general management responsibilities. Post Cargill’s acquisition of Provimi, Gijs worked as Group Director in the Cargill Animal Nutrition division.
Jonas Schmid, Technical Industry Manager Mobile Automation at SICK AG
Jonas studied industrial engineering with focus of electrical engineering in Lörrach (Germany). During his study he worked three months in Tokyo for SICK as a strategic and technical supporter in Mobile Automation. Now he works at SICK AG with main focus on environmental sensing in outdoor automation. He started to work at SICK in summer 2014.
Jacob Lave, CEO of Future Farming, SEGES, DK
Jacob has a Masters degree in ICT and learning from AAU and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from AU in Denmark. He has worked at SEGES since 2007, with focus on training, learning and education, and since 2016 CEO of future farming at SEGES developing and pointing out global future scenarios for Danish farming in several sectors including food, energy and the pharmaceutical industry.
